About Enrique Brouwer

Enrique teaches in the Department of Psychology at Washington State University, Vancouver. His focus is Personnel Psychology and Human Resources Administration. He also teaches cross-cultural communications in the Department of Foreign Languages and Cultures.

Enrique retired as Managing Director for Brouwer Executive Coaching International a consultancy serving top echelon executives. The focus,to help C suite excutives achive sucess in international business endeavors.

In his last assignment with Eastman Kodak, Enrique was a member of the Corporate Kodak Operating System Office. As KOS Technical Director, he was responsible for driving the institutionalization of Lean or KOS in partnership with the operating units and functions.

He also served as Worldwide Director, Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty, for Kodak’s Digital Imaging Systems Division. He led an expert staff in executing key initiatives within the Imaging Systems organization that ensured product excellence and customer loyalty for Kodak customers worldwide.

Enrique served as Principal for the Healthcare Providers Segment of Xerox Global Services, focused on Documents and their value to hospitals and their patients. In previous Xerox tenures Enrique worked in worldwide positions in Marketing and Human Resources. He was also Director of IOP and HR for Xerox at the Corporate level

Enrique served as Chief Operating Officer of the Visiting Nurse Service of Rochester, New York, the nation’s tenth largest home healthcare provider. Early in his career Enrique served as Regional Administrator for the Good Samaritan Hospital Group managing healthcare facilities in the western United States.

He holds an undergraduate degree in Administrative and Legal studies from La Salle University. He took his Masters Degree in Human Services Administration from Goddard College. Enrique completed a post-graduate certificate from the Partnership for Advanced Leadership Development at Indiana University’s Kelley Graduate School of Business Administration. He is a Kodak KOS University Certified Management Black Belt. He is a Master Lean Practitioner.
