This site contains questionnaires for the study, Knowledge, Practices and Attitudes Regarding Marijuana for Medical Conditions Among Washington State Healthcare Providers and Certified Medical Marijuana Consultants.  This was conducted by members of the Washington state University College of Nursing faculty: Louise Kaplan, PhD, ARNP, FAAN, FAANP, Associate Professor,  Tracy Klein, PhD, ARNP, FRE, FAAN, FAANP, Associate Professor, and Marian Wilson, PhD, MPH, RN-BC, Assistant Professor.
