Cell-associated <em>C. jejuni<\/em> were stained with a rabbit anti-<em>C. jejuni<\/em> antibody followed by incubation with a Cy2 conjugated donkey -rabbit IgG antibody. Actin (red staining) was stained using TRITC labeled phalloidin.
