The undergraduate RAs typically participate in a variety of research-related tasks, including running participants, creating research tools\/measures, processing data, reading articles, and generating research ideas. RAs who demonstrate independence are welcome to propose research projects or take on a leadership role in an ongoing project. RAs are expected to attend and contribute to lab meetings that typically involve discussion of theories, methodological training, study designs, pilot testing, and\/or practice talks (e.g., thesis defenses, conference presentations).
