Take CHANT 2026 as an individual<\/h2>\n<\/header>\n<p>All health professionals are invited to participate in the CHANT research study by taking the survey each year.\u00a0 It is offered in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and Finnish. Use CHANT in a study or project<\/h2>\n<\/header>\n<p>The CHANT survey is available to faculty, graduate students, or organizational leaders to study responses from groups, including agencies, professional organizations, universities, classes, hospitals, public health departments, etc.\u00a0 If\u00a0 you are representing a group that is interested in using CHANT, please read below.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Why<\/em> would you use CHANT to study groups?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To measure perceptions, motivations and behaviors of a group related to climate change and health\n<ul>\n<li>as a one-time measurement<\/li>\n<li>or before and after an intervention such as an educational or participatory experience<\/li>\n<li>as an annual or periodic measure to indicate change over time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>How<\/em> would you use CHANT to study groups?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You can request use of the CHANT tool to study your population.
