Parking Permits

Parking permits for the workshop will be provided for all attendees. Please park in the GREEN 5 lot behind the Food Science and Human Nutrition Building (FSHN) located here:

Recipes and Ingredients

Ingredients for recipes are available at local stores, but please bring your own method of payment.
If you have special ingredients, spices, etc. that you would like to try, please arrange to bring them.

 

Prepared Samples

Throughout the workshop, attendees will have the opportunity to sample products made by other participants. Extra samples can be produced to take back to your company, however, shipping and transportation can not be arranged through WSU.

 

Meals

The workshop registration will cover light refreshments throughout the day as well as all lunches and one dinner.
