If you need an accessible version, or can&#8217;t access this pdf, please please contact <a href=\"mailto:sascha.duttke@wsu.edu\">Sascha.Duttke@wsu.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Recommended input: 1-10 \u00b5g total RNA per sample (High RNA amount allows better capture of weak enhancers)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum input: 500 ng (accepted on a case-by-case basis \u2014 contact us first)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum input: 25 \u00b5g (more RNA generally improves outcomes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommended RIN: best \u2265 7 (min 3)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RNA isolation method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Use reagent-based methods (e.g., TRIzol, TRIzol LS, QIAzol) or miRNA-compatible extraction kits. Standard spin-column kits are NOT recommended \u2014 they inefficiently retain small RNAs, which are the target of csRNA-seq. Please remember that csRNA-seq captures the regulatory state right at the moment of cell lysis\/cold stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Supported species<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>csRNA-seq is applicable to any species with an annotated reference genome or transcriptome. We have experience with human, mouse, Drosophila, yeast, and plant samples.
