appetite study evaluated the effects of barley beta \u2013glucan (\u03b2-glucan) on short -term glycemic control and appetite, and aimed to characterize the potential of low vs. medium vs. high \u03b2 -glucan barley to attenuate glycemic response to a high-glycemic index food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This study is closed and was in collaboration with the <a
