We are part of <a href=\"http:\/\/medicine.wsu.edu\">WSU Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine<\/a> located at the WSU Spokane campus. Our research focuses on human nutrition and health-related outcomes. We are interested in understanding the effects of eating frequency and a variety of food components on physiological processes, markers of health and disease risk, appetite and satiety, sensory evaluations, and food-related behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Food Lab <a href=\"https:\/\/labs.wsu.edu\/foodlab\/lab-facilities\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"185\">facilities<\/a> are used to conduct feeding studies and clinical trials in human volunteers, for collaborative projects led by researchers in the areas of Nutrition and Exercise Physiology, Crop &amp; Soil Sciences, Biological Systems Engineering, and others.
