We are seeking independent, motivated students with an interest in biogeochemistry and\/or land-water interactions. These assistantships are available for students pursuing both M.S. and Ph.D. degrees. Prospective students should have a strong background in the physical sciences (including at least a year of undergraduate chemistry) and a dedication to research that improves understanding and management of aquatic and\/or land-based resources. Experience with or interest in conducting fieldwork will be considered favorably. Admission requirements and application materials for WSU Vancouver’s M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Environmental Science are available on the WSU Vancouver Natural Sciences website<\/a>. M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Geology are also an option, and more information on these is available at the homepage for WSU’s School of the Environment<\/a>.
