An Extreme Application of Putting Clocks in Conservation Equations
Much of the research in my lab has to do with putting clocks in conservation and other differential equations, starting with the basic approach in 1999. The simplest example is the Groundwater Age case, but here we do the same thing in the Twin’s paradox of A.Einstein’s special relativity. One can put either a ship clock, or an Earth clock, onboard, so the astronaut can tell what time it is in either the moving ship or back on Earth.
