11, and present their research.<\/li>\r\n<li>Congratulations to Matt Vandyke on his admission to the graduate program at the School of Physics and Astronomy, University of Minnesota, Twin Cities (joining Fall 2025)!<\/li>\r\n<li>Congratulations to Jaxson Mitchell (REU, Summer 2024) on his admission to the graduate program at the Department of Mathematics, North Carolina State University, Raleigh (joining Fall 2025)!<\/li>\r\n<li>Sukanta Bose served as a panelist at the <a href=\"https:\/\/astrosociety.org\/get-involved\/events\/asp2025-virtual-symposium\/conference-overview.html\">ASP2025 Virtual Symposium<\/a> (August 2025).<\/li>\r\n<li>Ben McDonald recently presented his research at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sacnas.org\/conference\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.sacnas.org\/conference\">SACNAS conference<\/a> (Oct 31 &#8211; Nov 2, 2024).<\/li>\r\n<li>Brice Williams concluded his 3-month long LSC Fellows visit to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ligo.caltech.edu\/WA\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.ligo.caltech.edu\/WA\">LIGO-Hanford<\/a> on October 31, 2024.<\/li>\r\n<li>Sukanta Bose gave talks and chaired sessions at three conferences in October, <a href=\"https:\/\/web.iucaa.in\/ws\/~NEOSGrav2024\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/web.iucaa.in\/ws\/~NEOSGrav2024\/\">NEOSGrav2024<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/physics.iith.ac.in\/ppc2024\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/physics.iith.ac.in\/ppc2024\/\">PPC2024<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/indico.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp\/event\/1024\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/indico.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp\/event\/1024\/\">VHEPA2024<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n<li>Sukanta Bose gave a talk and chaired a panel discussion at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.int.washington.edu\/programs-and-workshops\/24-89w\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.int.washington.edu\/programs-and-workshops\/24-89w\">Neutron Star Equation of State Workshop<\/a> (Aug 26 &#8211; Sep 6, 2024) at the Institute for Nuclear Theory, Seattle.<\/li>\r\n<li>Kexuan Wu and Matt Van Dyke attended the Zwicky Transient Factory workshop in Minnesota in July 2024.<\/li>\r\n<li>Sukanta Bose gave a talk on LISA Cosmology at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lisasymposium2024.ie\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.lisasymposium2024.ie\/\">LISA Symposium<\/a> in Dublin in July 2024.<\/li>\r\n<li>Brice Williams and Kexuan Wu attended the GWANW meeting at LIGO-Hanford in June 2024 and presented their research.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Welcome to the website of Dr. Sukanta Bose&#8217;s research group.
