The manuscript builds on The Global Lake area, Climate, and Population dataset, which came out in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41597-020-0517-4\"><em>Scientific Data<\/em><\/a> earlier this year. The L&amp;O Bulletin piece is meant to detail concrete, natural resource applications of the GLCP that span local, regional, and national scales.
