In our lab, undergraduate students collaborate closely with postdoctoral researchers, graduate students, and professors. Motivated and dedicated students will have the opportunity to develop an independent project which may lead to conference presentations and journal publications. If you are passionate about scientific research in food safety and food engineering, feel free to contact Dr. Huang at <a href=\"mailto:kang.huang@wsu.edu\">kang.huang@wsu.edu<\/a> to explore opportunities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Self-funded Visiting Scholars<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Visiting scholars (professors or students) with their own funding, interested in the multidisciplinary research encompassing Food Engineering, Material Chemistry, and their applications in Food Safety, are welcome to reach out to Dr. Huang at <a href=\"mailto:kang.huang@wsu.edu\">kang.huang@wsu.edu<\/a>. Please specify your funding source in the correspondence.
