1.    Complete a Sample Submittal Form.

2.    If you would like to also reserve instrument time with this request, reservations can be requested at www.labagenda.com using your user account.

You must include a copy of your Sample Submittal Form as an attachment when you make the reservation request or your reservation will automatically be denied by the system.

3.      Alternatively, you can email your sample submittal form to icpms.facility@wsu.edu if you are not ready to make a reservation yet.

4.      Once your reservation has been approved, if you plan to ship us samples, please contact us at icpms.facility@wsu.edu to let us know to expect them, before mailing them to:

5.      You can also contact us via email to make arrangements to drop your samples off in person.

6.      Any unused sample and containers will be discarded unless otherwise specified (for an additional fee).
