As co-managers for the Social Cognition Lab we oversee the daily activities of the undergraduate research assistants who work within the lab, manage the regular operations of the lab, and assist Dr. Ehrlinger with various studies, projects, and publications. Our specific responsibilities include undergraduate research assistant recruitment, creating materials for studies, data analysis and management, research and scholarly article searches, teaching assistant duties for Dr. Ehrlinger, as well as anything necessary to keep the lab running smoothly.
I am currently in my third year as an undergraduate here at Washington State University. I anticipate on graduating in December 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Human Development. I worked in Dr. Joyce Ehrlinger’s Social Congnition Lab as a research assistant from Spring 2016 until Spring of 2017. In the fall of 2017, I was promoted to a co-lab manager with Aria. Outside of the lab, I volunteer with the United Way of Pullman as a student representative board member. I hope to continue onto graduate school for a Master’s degree in School Counseling, and pursue a career in the Oregon education system.
