I am an environmental and ecosystem science and Asian studies major at Washington State University. I am currently researching the social and political conceptualization of deep time in correlation to nuclear science and the Hanford Nuclear Site. In the other part of my life, I am researching female rulers and the social response to their rise to power. While my research projects may seem very different, I find they cross over more than most realize. Society and nuclear science have and will always be interconnected; I want to work to understand those connections better.
