Dr. Ladd received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of New Mexico in 2013. He completed his clinical internship at the University of California, San Diego/San Diego Veteran Affairs Consortium before completing a postdoctoral fellowship at the Adolescent Health and Research Program at Reed College in Portland, OR. He has been a faculty member at Washington State University Vancouver since 2015. Dr. Ladd studies health behavior change, with an emphasis on drug and alcohol use and misuse.
