Dr. Ladd received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of New Mexico in 2013. He completed his clinical internship at the University of California, San Diego/San Diego Veteran Affairs Consortium before completing a postdoctoral fellowship at the Adolescent Health and Research Program at Reed College in Portland, OR. He has been an assistant professor at Washington State University Vancouver since 2015. Dr. Ladd studies health behavior change, with an emphasis on drug and alcohol use and abuse.
