Welcome to the WSU Pullman Phenomics Center. We operate a crane-mobile, high-throughput fluorescence imaging camera system that can measure many plants multiple times daily, in a wide variety of conditions. These fluorescence images let us probe photosynthetic operations within the plant in a non-invasive and non-damaging manner, allowing easy repetition of screening and the acquisition of multiple data points for each individual plant.
We have screened Arabidopsis, Douglas fir, poplar, tomato, tobacco and wheat.
We are available for tours of the facility for groups or individuals. Please contact us if you have any questions!
