Where will I live?

Our original Landscape Ecology and Ecosystem Dynamics of the Columbia River Basin REU project was designed for undergraduate students who lived in the Vancouver/Portland metropolitan area—or those who attended college or university outside the region but had access to local housing for the summer.

If funded again, housing will be provided for all participants immediately adjacent to the Washington State University Vancouver campus, located approximately 5 miles from downtown Vancouver, Washington, and about 15 miles from downtown Portland, Oregon.
