We aim to:\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">a. Identify and understand common pathways into and out of jail<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">b. Characterize and explain jail recidivism<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">c. Describe and explain patterns and trends in rural jail populations<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">d.
