MSE 521 – Statistics of Microstructures
Research Interests
Microstructure evolution in crystalline materials (metals, ceramics), solid mechanics, metals processing, physical metallurgy (ferrous and non-ferrous), materials characterization (microscopy and electron microscopy), texture and anisotropy, grain boundary structure, thin film and IC interconnect structure, and advanced experimental techniques.
