WSU Spokane Flow Cytometry Core
Flow cytometry is a highly quantitative high throughput technique to accurately detect and quantitate various cell components at the single cell level. The Flow Cytometry core facility is located on the third floor of the PBS building and is equipped with the necessary instrumentation for your cell analysis and sorting needs.

Each cytometer has its own acquisition software, specifically designed to optimally run the machine and acquire your data. All files can be saved as general format FCS files and further analyzed with Beckman Coulter Kaluza analysis software available for use in the Core.
Use of the core facility is primarily for unassisted acquisition and analysis following appropriate training. Please contact the Joseph Cook to schedule training* and flow experiment consultation.
*Training will be for instrument use only. Please do not bring experimental samples to training without prior approval.
