In this work, Iaroslav corroborates experimental findings from our collaborator Prof. Boncella’s group through detailed computational analysis. He investigates U(III)–(η⁶-arene) π- and δ-back-bonding interactions in Cp* terphenylamido U(III) iodide and borohydride complexes, assesses the covalency of 3c–2e U–H–B interactions, and quantifies steric parameters across a series of terphenyl substituents ranging from Me to iPr.
