Steve Katz

Stephen Katz is an Associate Professor in the School of the Environment at WSU Pullman.  His interests are statistical modelling of multivariate time series, conceptual modelling of the Food-Energy-Water (FEW) nexus, habitat restoration in the Pacific Northwest, and local-scale climate variability impacts on local regional eco-systems and human-natural coupled systems.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Graduate Students

Hasan Roshan

Hasan Roshan is a Ph.D. student in the Katz lab at WSU Pullman. His main interests are conceptual issues on Food-Energy-Water (FEW) nexus, information-theoretic analysis of dynamics of environmental systems, and environmental policy and decision making.

Fisher

Fisher is Senior Management in the Katz Lab. Her interests include walks, demanding attention, and perfecting the doe eyed look.

Alli Cramer

Alli Cramer graduated from the PhD program in Spring of 2020 and is now at a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the University of California, Santa Cruz.  There she is working on habitat association modelling and stock assessments of sturgeon.

Ozzi

Ozzie has moved to a new appointment, clearing squirrels out of his yard in Santa Cruz, California.
