Survey: Caring for Patients Across Cultures

For the purposes of this questionnaire, diverse patients are defined as patients who are members of a culture different from the perceived predominant culture, including racial/ethnic minorities, LGBTQI+ populations, persons with disabilities and persons from another country, among others.
