  1. Co-organized “Smart Vineyard Field day”, at Prosser, WA, July 21, 2023. This event showcased research to improve irrigation scheduling, grapevine plant models and heat stress mitigation techniques. Attendees: 40 Grapevine growers, agri-business industry, and media.
  2. Co-organized “Spring Drone Day” at Pasco, WA; May 19, 2023. This event was co-organized with WSU Tree Fruit Extension team member, Bernardita Sallato and focused on educating stakeholders about current landscape of drone based aerial imaging and crop management, offerings from service providers, and associated regulations. Attendees: 25+ Tree fruit growers, agri-business industry, and media.
  3. Organizing committee Member, A session on “What to make of weather”, 118th Annual meeting and NW Hort Expo, Wenatchee, WA. December 5, 2022. (Attendees: 300+ Growers/commodity group representatives, Agri-business industry, growers, researchers, and media). This event was put together by meeting organizers. I was committee member to finalize the theme, speaker and panelist and also deliver the presentation and participate in panel discussion.
  4. Co-organized WA Viticulture Field Day focused on “Ground and aerial application technologies” at Prosser, WA. August 11, 2022 (Attendees: ~80 Growers, commodity group representatives, regulators and media). This event was led by Dr. M. Moyer and my research group focused on presenting and demonstration of UAV sprayers, Intelligent sprayers, Fixed spray systems, Horticultural oil thermotherapy and Ozonated water spray technologies.
