Storfer lab: Ecological and Evolutionary Genomics

We employ genomics approaches to study the processes that lead to the spatial distribution of genetic variation. We have three main areas of interest under this umbrella, including: elucidating the mechanisms of host-pathogen coevolution, studying the evolution of species’ range limits and understanding how biotic and abiotic processes affect spatial genetic variation using a landscape genomics analysis framework.
