The Center for Nonthermal Processing of Food welcomes the support of institutions, agencies, corporations, industry groups, and others interested in advancing research, education, and service in the area of nonthermal food processing. We are grateful for the contribution and continued support granted to us by the Bonneville Power Administration of Walla Walla, Washington, for their help in establishing the Center, and also for the technical and financial assistance of several other companies who have expressed genuine interest in the technologies we are exploring and developing.
