For NSF-project implementers:

• • If you have not implemented the LCDLMs before, please complete the First-Time Implementation form
  • If you have implemented the LCDLMs before, please complete the Semesterly Implementation form at the beginning of every semester you plan on implementing the LCDLMs
  • After your implementations for the semester, complete the Post-Implementation form and the Stipend Checklist to receive compensation for your participation

To help us bring the Low-Cost Desktop Learning Modules (LCDLMs) to engineering classes outside of the NSF project, please complete the Interest in LCDLMs form.

This is an interest-only form. We cannot provide LCDLMs to instructors outside of the NSF project at present and are gauging interest levels to explore manufacturing and distribution opportunities for the future.
