Tarana Arman earns travel award to attend SOT 2018

Tarana was awarded the James and Diann Student Research Fund travel grant and the Associated students of Washington State University Health Science (ASWSUHS) travel grant to attend the 57th annual Society of Toxicology annual meeting and expo in San Antonio, Texas.

Michelle and Dan move on

Unfortunately for us, Michelle and Dan have accepted new positions and are moving home to Minnesota.  Their contributions to our research and WSU Spokane have been exceptional and they will be missed. We wish them the best.

Gordon Research Conference on Drug Metabolism 2018

Dr. Clarke gave a talk entitled “Overlapping hits on drug disposition: specific populations within special populations”, reconnected/connected with colleagues, and won MVP for the famous academic versus industry softball game.

 

 

2017 3-minute thesis winner

Congratulations to Tarana Arman for taking 3rd place in the College of Pharmacy (COP) 3-minute thesis competition. Also, congratulations to Panshak Dakup from the Shobhan Gaddameedhi lab for taking 1st place in the COP competition and then taking 1st place in the WSU wide competition!
