2017 Wildfire Season

Here are some links to data obtained during the wildfire season of 2017 (for two-week time periods). Click on the “PM2.5” tab to view particulate matter that is less than 2.5 micrometers in size. Typically, smaller particle sizes cause greater health effects. As Spokane residents know, we measured extremely high values of particulate matter between September 4th and 10th. Moderately high values were measured between August 4th and 13th.
