Gradual and lasting changes postpartum
There are many physical, physiological, and even neurological changes during pregnancy. Some of these persist, while others gradually revert to pre-pregnancy normal. These changes could make life unknowingly more difficult for postpartum women trying to be physically active, taking care of a new child, and reintegrating back into normal work life. Our goal is to specify how these changes can be overcome to make life a little more normal for postpartum women.
