November 9, 2023 – Henry Hurt just nailed his MS thesis defense in the Plant Pathology program today. His thesis, titled “From Waste to Food: Transforming Organic Waste Substrates into Delightful Edible and Medicinal Mushrooms in Washington,” received an enthusiastic reception from the audience during his exit seminar.
