Can perform DLTS (measuring capacitance) or related techniques

For high resistivity samples, can full the depletion region using light, and measure capacitance (optical DLTS or ODLTS) or current (photo-induced current transient spectroscopy, PICTS)

For ODLTS and PICTS, have 340 nm, 365 nm, and 405 nm diodes for excitation

Typical temperatures measured are 80 – 490 K
