Building a Quantitative Food Web

In order to calculate estimates of energetic carrying capacity in different lotic habitats, quantitative flow webs, depicting trophic energy routing must be constructed. This level of analysis is often complex, tedious and extremely time consuming. I am constructing a series of R packages that will streamline and simplify this analysis process. R functions are constructed to be used at multiple analysis levels, depending on questions and data resolution (abundance, biomass or estimates of annual productivity).
