Conference Details
Unfortunately, due to the current funding uncertainty and travel restrictions, the conference has been postponed to Fall 2026.
A new date will be announced as soon as possible.
Courtyard by Marriott on Washington State University, Pullman Campus, WA
The easiest way to travel to Pullman is to the Pullman/Moscow Airport (PUW), from there you can rent a car or take the dedicated bus route that can drop you off on campus. Alternatively, you can arrive at the Spokane Airport (GEG), which is approximately 80 min drive from campus. The conference will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott hotel which has been blocked off at a discounted rate along with the Residence Inn by Marriott hotel located next door. Either hotel can be booked here and should be booked before 14th June 2025.

Registration includes complimentary breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks throughout the conference and one closing dinner. Plus ones are available for the closing ceremony dinner.

Abstracts will be assigned sections and talk/poster guidelines will be posted at a later date.
